As a graphic designer, I collaborated with Mondelez on a six-month project. The client's brief required restructuring and art direction for the organic content and e-commerce platforms across multiple brands, including Oreo, Chips Ahoy, Ritz, Nutter Butter, SPK, and others. The client requested the creation of seven images per e-commerce brand post. On average, we received between four to six e-commerce pack requests per month, in addition to providing images for social media and the e-commerce landing page portal.

E-commerce teampletization
and structuting
The key challenge in this project was achieving unity among different brands while maintaining a sense of familiarity between them. To address this, I developed a structured approach and standardized the assets to ensure consistency across brands and streamline the workflow.
Understanding the client's vision, I created the following image guidelines:
IMAGE 1: Packshot
IMAGE 2: Quantity
IMAGE 3: Brand pack art, key visual
IMAGE 4: Claim or image highlighting a brand attribute
IMAGE 5: Lifestyle portrayal or product in daily scenarios
IMAGE 6: Lifestyle portrayal with claim showcasing an effective product attribute
IMAGE 7: Ingredients and nutrition values display
This extensive project involved creating over 300 images.
The Challenge
The primary challenge in this project was maintaining unity without a budget for photoshoots. With only the product packaging provided by the client, and no accompanying copy, specific images, or brand book for each brand, creative solutions were essential.

I heavily relied on the printing files to extract particular assets needed to construct each image, such as the main packshot of the core product, fonts, brand colors, taglines, and even product information like nutritional values and ingredients. This necessitated extensive collage work and photo retouching to produce key visuals and final images.
