This project showcases the branding and web design for Planet Prize, a science foundation that encourages scientists to find better solutions for a healthier planet. The brief required developing the logo and branding for the foundation and their prize events. Additionally, I designed the complete website and created assets to communicate the process and information related to the prize ceremony.

Logo and identity
For the logo, the client emphasized highlighting global identity and unity, both nationally and internationally. They referenced the Olympic concept, focusing on global and international unity while incorporating science and nature. Taking this into consideration, I created a logo that reflects the vision of Planet Prize, using organic shapes to provide a humanistic base. The color palette features green, aligning with the concept of "Mobilizing a Green Renaissance," with touches of gold to highlight the prize aspect during the ceremony. For data visualization and graphs, I used different shades of green to establish hierarchies

Web flow
The brief required creating a complete website with various pages and sections, including content, graphs, and visuals to ensure impactful and organized communication. To manage the workflow efficiently, I created a web map to clearly divide the information and identify where images, graphs, data visualizations, forms, and submenus were needed. This provided a clear structure and helped prioritize tasks effectively.

InfographicsÂ
To enhance understanding and create a visual impact, I incorporated infographics into the project. This approach made the content more accessible and engaging without overwhelming readers with text. Key areas where infographics were used include Planetary Boundaries, the company mission, timeline, how the prize works, and the prize steps.

Institutions and foundations
One of the main challenges was providing a comprehensive overview of all the institutions, along with their names and countries. I created a base segment with consistent padding and margins and uploaded all the logos to maintain consistency. Given the large number of institutions and the frequent updates, I also implemented a simple submenu to filter institutions alphabetically.
Award ceremony page
The Prize Ceremony required a dedicated page to promote the event with all the essential information about the venue. This page needed to be impactful and provide clear information, accessible to scientists but not included in the main navigation menu.
